Trying different brands

I remember when i first started smoking I would switch brands quite a bit. I don't think it was a case that I didn't like smoking, but more or less wanted to make sure I was smoking the cigs that fit me best.  I jumped around a lot between brands and even as my taste evolved and I eventually choose a brand I would go off and smoke a different brand for a week or two before switching back to my regular brand.  I do not do it as much anymore, I think I finally found my brand, but once every couple months will buy something other than my Winston's.  Curious if any other smokers jump around to different brands. For me, I always stick with my Marlboro Reds.  They satisfy my cravings, have an easy draw, and wholesale tobacco pack a good nicotine punch.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it.started smoking Kensistas Club as they were the highest in tar and nicotine, good cigarette to get you addicted plus they had the cool factor as most folk in their 20's smoked them in scotland anyway, did try a lot of cigarette tobacco other brands like regal and B&H but went back to Club, changed to Mayfair superkings when Club was 5 for 20, smoked them most of the time since but in the last few weeks I have been smoking Superkings Black as they are a smoother smoke and taste deliciousDitto! Marlboro Red's are the trick! Once I tried these that was it-game over.I have tried a few different brands because my mom used to buy quite a few brands and I took what I could get.   Winstons were my first, then came discount tobacco Silva Thins, VS Menthol 100s, B & H's Menthol 100s, Newports, Saratoga 120s and some other ones which I don't recall at this moment.  My mom had me trying a few brands and didn't even know it.   lol     Of those I loved VS 100s the best.    I started buying Salem 100s for myself after I took some while at a friend's house.   Those I smoked for 22 years, then Newport(Menthol) 100s, and now MM 100s for the past 16 years.   I love these things.  I switched to MM 100s when they came out in 100s and they gave more coupons than the other guys.   Back in the 1990s, I only remember MM Light 100s, and I don't like lights.  They don't fill me up good, and I can't get enough smoke out of the full flavor ones.   In the old days, I didn't need to deeply drag so much, but over 40+ years now, almost every drag needs to be deeply inhaled, in more frequency also, as the lungs get bigger and bigger, and almost everyone knows that...English Ovals are the strongest cigarettes you can buy in the states.  Wonderful flavor.  But they're really hard to find.  I used to get them online, but it's impossible to do that now.  If you can find them, try them.  They're non filtered.Related articles:
